A Five-Minute Exercise Routine to Get You Morning Motivated

Don’t have a lot of time? Here’s a 5-minute exercise routine to consider to wake yourself up in the morning. You’ll get the blood circulating and the oxygen flowing.

I love my more extensive exercise routine.  Sometimes I exercise for 20, 30, 40, or even 60 minutes.  It varies based on time of day, other activities in my life, and yes, how I feel.  Sometimes, when time is tight, all I can eek out is 5 or 10 minutes.  This article, from SparkPeople.com’s guest blogger Dr. Thomas J. Kleeman, MD,  describes a 5-minute routine that is worth looking at to get your morning going.

As always you should check with your doctor before starting, changing, or increasing your exercise level.
